Twin Oaks Restaurant: Authentic Italian, Steakhouse, and Salad Dining in Cranston, RI

I'm so sorry that this picture does not do these plates justice but, I wanted to share so people knew what we ordered. Everything was beyond delicious!!! Everyone was great. The view is so lovely. I can't wait to go again!!! Fantastic meal and experience! Thank you, Twin Oaks!!

Great Italian restaurant thats been around for almost 100 years. I had sausage and rabe. Friend had veal parm said it was delicious.

A Rhode Island staple. Service is always great - all male waitstaff in white shirts and bow ties. Our lunch on New Year’s Day was not rushed, but food came out quick and hot. Great drinks. Food is consistent, but some dishes are better than others. I had the Sausage Rabe with Orecchiette - was good. Another person in my party had the pulled pork mac and cheese - they loved it. Huge portions.

I came here today (for the first time) in a group of ten people. The place is enormous! Multiple dining rooms, all packed. Our waiter took all ten of our orders without writing anything down and got it all correct which is simply amazing to me. One person in our group didn’t like his food (turkey plate) because he said it was too salty but the remaining 9 of us enjoyed ours. I got 3 shrimp cocktail and they were large and very very fresh. I also got the grilled Faroe Island salmon which was delicious. The only negatives were that the place was VERY loud (but it’s a busy Friday night, perhaps other nights are quieter) and they would not let us do separate checks so the 10 of us had some math to do at the end. They have a huge parking lot that was pretty full and they also offer valet parking. We had a table overlooking the lake which was very nice. I really enjoyed the experience and would come again. They are obviously doing something right given the fact that they have been around since 1933.

I had a junior waiter that I had to tip my hat to his name is Jack.. Outstanding personality.He's been here for years He tells my husband and I. I wish him nothing but the best of luck he is going to make one of your finest waiters!!!!We go out to dinner a lot. And when you know you know. JACK is a keeper I'm going to keep my eye out for him I wish him nothing but the best

A lovely restaurant with a history. Good waiters, and if you can sit by the window, you have a nice view. The food was okay, but way too much. It was enough for another dinner. The price is okay.

Well there are always great places to go and eat in RI. My wife and I recently visited Twin oaks for our anniversary dinner. Our server Jon was great as usual and we had an amazing meal. I ordered the surf n turf and my wife ordered the lasagna with crusty Italian bread. Our scallops and bacon were on point as well. Nice job Twin Oaks. Always a good decision!!!

Family Centered team work atmosphere. Drinks I watched my server use a straw to check it ! We had servers backing each other up even if we weren’t their table to give us rapid service . Food and drinks was excellent ! My first time here as almost a lifetime RIslander. Totally satisfied! Would go again!
